Before joining The Hallerman Group, Allison was a teacher, a role that honed her patience, empathy, and ability to translate complexity into understanding. Her personal journey navigating her son’s mental health challenges while he was in college gave her firsthand experience with the obstacles families face in trying to access effective support. That experience fuels her passion to make the process easier, more humane, and profoundly more personal for every family she meets.
As Lead Recovery Manager, Allison oversees the integration of care with compassion—pairing clients with the right Recovery Manager, coordinating daily support, and ensuring that each client’s journey reflects the soul-centered principles that define the firm.
